What you will do
- Lead, supervise, and develop Business Development Regional Officers (BDRO) to achieve team performance targets.
- Drive merchant acquisition, activation, and retention to expand the merchant portfolio and revenue.
- Implement territory-specific growth strategies and promotional campaigns to increase transaction volume.
- Monitor sales trends and competitive market activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure successful execution of merchant programs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key merchants to evaluate performance and strengthen partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales, revenue, or merchant growth targets.
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG is preferred.
- Location: Must be based in the National Capital Region, Philippines.
