What you will do

  • Run the end-to-end production engine for growth creative, managing weekly sprint cycles from brief to delivery.
  • Produce native, creator-led content specifically for social-first channels including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage a network of high-quality creators and production partners across Spain.
  • Oversee ad trafficking, naming conventions, and asset hygiene within ad managers.
  • Lead and mentor a content administration team to ensure efficient operational workflows.
  • Implement AI tools to optimize briefing, localisation, and versioning processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of production experience, specifically with social-first and performance creative.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume, always-on content pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with ad trafficking and creative classification for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience leading coordinators or administrative teams.
  • Spanish and excellent English proficiency required.
  • Must be based in Spain to leverage local production networks and cultural nuances.
