What you will do

• Coordinate daily activities of a small team, including a Business Analyst and an Administrative Specialist, setting priorities and ensuring quality of deliverables.
• Develop advanced business reports and Power BI dashboards to translate data into actionable insights for Global Services performance.
• Support the development of service offerings, including pricing activities focused on consistency, scalability, and business value.
• Collaborate with global Service Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support business cases and margin analyses.
• Document and organize service product portfolios, pricing models, and commercial frameworks.
• Improve governance, pricing processes, and transparency across services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial analysis, services, or product-related roles.
• Experience coordinating or guiding others through formal or informal leadership.
• Strong analytical capabilities, preferably with experience in Power BI.
• Understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability in a B2B or service-oriented environment.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Must be locally based in the position location; no relocation assistance is provided.
