What you will do
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the group-wide HubSpot migration, managing scope, timeline, budget, and release cycles.
- Act as the central interface between Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, Controlling, and BI to harmonize requirements.
- Manage the HubSpot agency, overseeing briefing, backlog prioritization, and quality assurance.
- Own the HubSpot platform, ensuring data quality, process consistency, and governance across all brands.
- Build a comprehensive KPI, funnel, and reporting framework at company, team, and individual levels.
- Drive lead nurturing, deal-stage automations, and lifecycle campaigns along the entire funnel.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a senior role at the intersection of Sales/Marketing Operations and CRM (e.g., CRM Manager or RevOps Lead).
- Proven experience building or migrating at least one HubSpot instance for multiple entities, ideally in a B2B organization.
- Track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and managing external implementation partners.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes, funnel logic, and pipeline management.
- Leadership experience with functional or disciplinary responsibility and a structured, hands-on approach.
- Fluent German and English (C1 level each).
- Must be based in Germany.
