What you will do

• Own the end-to-end partner journey within the Seller Central and Partner Hub.
• Collect and prioritize requirements from Business Development, Technical Integration, and Customer Success teams.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, problem statements, and user flows.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as onboarding speed, self-service adoption, and seller NPS.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual onboarding efforts.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams to drive platform improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product, Platform, or Marketplace environment.
• Hands-on experience with self-service platforms or partner-facing tools.
• Strong understanding of digital user journeys and platform logic.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in international teams.
