What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end launch journey, from crafting compelling narratives to activating channels.
• Develop positioning and messaging that transforms frontier AI into stories creators love.
• Partner with product and research teams to translate technical magic into GTM strategies.
• Orchestrate cross-functional launch plans with content, social, PR, and community teams.
• Track, analyze, and report on launch performance to inform future strategies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in product marketing or GTM, ideally at a tech startup.
• Exceptional storytelling skills to turn complex tech into accessible narratives.
• Experience driving end-to-end launches and leading teams under tight timelines.
• Data-driven approach to measuring success and evolving fast.
• Ability to thrive in creative chaos and frequent shipping cycles.

Nice to have

• Experience launching AI or creator-focused tools.
• Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) and community-led growth strategies.
• Experience building a GTM playbook from scratch at an early-stage startup.
