M&A Manager (Software)

Location: Hybrid working model. Primary focus on Spain, Portugal, and other European countries.

What you will do

• Identify and originate acquisition targets across Spain, Portugal, and Europe.
• Manage the full M&A lifecycle from NDA and LOI to Due Diligence and SPA.
• Conduct financial analysis and business valuations to prepare investment recommendations for the Board.
• Lead negotiations with target company shareholders and external advisors.
• Coordinate post-merger integration (PMI) and monitor 100-day plans.
• Maintain a strategic pipeline and track interaction history with potential targets.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in M&A Advisory, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development.
• Proven expertise in the full M&A lifecycle (NDA, LOI, DD, SPA, PMI).
• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and business valuation.
• Native Spanish and fluent English proficiency.

• Proficiency in French.
