API Product Sales Executive (Fintech): Driving adoption of payments-as-a-service offering with enterprise customers with an accent on consultative solutions and C-level relationship management. Focus on building a network of enterprise customers, expanding the global footprint, and coordinating innovative payment solutions.

Location: Must be based in Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UK. Hybrid options available in Barcelona, Dublin, Krakow, Lisbon, London, and Madrid.

Salary: PLN 14,000 - 20,600 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow)

What you will do

  • Build a network of enterprise customers to generate revenue across Revolut’s payment solutions.
  • Establish strategic advisor relationships with customers by demonstrating continuous value through product features.
  • Coordinate innovative, problem-solving solutions tailored to the requirements of global payment customers.
  • Manage sales pipelines and accurate forecasts to achieve quarterly goals.
  • Mentor other sales executives on effective strategies to reach their objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Development Managers to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing progressive technologies to market.
  • Experience working within ambitious sales organizations and creating B2B partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a reputable, high-growth startup.
  • Existing network of business partners relevant to payment offerings.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
