What you will do

• Manage and nurture 25–30 client accounts across various industries.
• Act as the primary bridge between clients and the internal delivery team to ensure goals are met.
• Translate technical digital marketing updates into clear, client-friendly communication.
• Oversee project timelines and pipelines using ClickUp to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Track and analyze campaign performance data to provide insightful reports and recommendations.
• Prioritize requests based on impact and team capacity to maintain efficient workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success Manager.
• Experience working in digital marketing agencies is required.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Web design.
• Proficiency in organizational tools and CRMs such as ClickUp and GoHighLevel.
• Ability to work 9 am to 5 pm EST.
