TL;DR
Product Owner (SaaS): Leading the end-to-end development of workforce management software with an accent on roadmap ownership, customer research, and business value. Location: Netherlands (Hybrid: WFH compensation and travel allowance provided)
Salary: €5,000 – €6,500 gross per month

What you will do
- Own the product roadmap for your area, setting priorities and making tradeoffs to focus on high-impact work.
- Write and break down user stories into clear, shippable tasks in close collaboration with UX.
- Conduct customer interviews and research to translate insights into concrete product decisions.
- Align with stakeholders across support, sales, and consultancy to meet commercial priorities.
- Identify opportunities to simplify scope and challenge assumptions to accelerate delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments.
- Strong ability to make and justify prioritization decisions based on business value.
- Technical proficiency to communicate as a peer with engineers regarding APIs and integrations.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful features within cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English proficiency.
