What you will do

• Drive the growth and competitiveness of the trading business through strategic initiatives and market development.
• Develop and execute liquidity strategies to enhance market quality, trading efficiency, and user experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to support business expansion.
• Contribute to pricing, incentive, and commercial strategies across trading products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the launch and lifecycle management of trading services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and institutional clients.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Trading and TradFi market structures.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to read and understand API documentation.
• Proven experience in client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Fluency in English is required for coordination with global vendors, brokers, and institutional partners.
