Regional Technical Manager (Agriculture)

Location: Europe Remote; frequent travel across Europe is required during peak field-trial season. The posting also lists Lyon, France.

What you will do

• Coordinate regional and subregional field development programs, including biology plans, protocols, trials, data analysis, and reporting.
• Define field-trial objectives and translate results into clear summaries and presentations.
• Advise portfolio strategy using technical expertise and field-data insights.
• Collaborate with regional teams, agronomists, research institutes, universities, and other external partners on market-relevant product positioning.
• Work with regulatory and data teams to deliver high-quality datasets for decision-making and product registration.
• Transfer knowledge to technical marketing and service teams while monitoring competitor technologies and differentiation opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in agriculture or a related field and at least five years of experience in the agricultural sector.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and budget management.
• Expertise in crop management, field trials, experimental design, and data analysis.
• Good understanding of EU BAD requirements and experience generating BAD-compliant data.
• Solid knowledge of crop protection, crop management practices, and emerging technologies.
• Fluent English required; frequent travel across Europe is required during peak season.
