Acquiring Sales Executive (Fintech): Building and driving a sales pipeline for e-commerce focused payment solutions with an accent on solution-based selling and cross-selling to existing businesses. Focus on prospecting, closing complex sales opportunities, and identifying inefficiencies in current payment providers.

Location: Remote in Ireland, Poland, Romania, Spain, or the UK, or hybrid from offices in Barcelona, Dublin, Krakow, London, or Madrid

Salary: PLN 9,500 - 13,300 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow)

What you will do

  • Build and close a customer pipeline through direct prospecting and cross-selling to existing Revolut Business customers.
  • Communicate value propositions using a solution-based approach to identify pain points with current payment providers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Share payments expertise with the team to maximize pipeline opportunities.
  • Engage prospective customers within defined territories and verticals to promote payment features.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Greek.
  • 1+ years of experience in the full sales cycle.
  • Demonstrable commercial experience, specifically with payment products.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills over the phone.
  • Must be based in Ireland, Poland, Romania, Spain, or the UK.
