What you will do

• Analyze customer specifications and drawings to assess manufacturability and identify potential risks.
• Recommend optimal designs and materials to ensure cost-effectiveness and high quality.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotes based on production costs, timelines, and material procurement.
• Identify and resolve production issues, leading problem-solving processes for complex orders.
• Collaborate with the supplier network and internal teams to refine processes and workflows.
• Coordinate between sales, suppliers, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of engineering and manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or AutoCAD).
• Experience in technical project management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced international environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn or Tartu (Hybrid).
