What you will do

• Design and deploy end-to-end automations using n8n (Self-hosted or Cloud).
• Implement high-fidelity voice synthesis using ElevenLabs for phone agents and personalized messaging.
• Integrate diverse platforms via REST APIs, webhooks, and custom HTTP requests.
• Orchestrate LLMs (GPT-4, Claude) for data extraction, summarization, and content generation.
• Fine-tune audio parameters and optimize token usage and execution costs.
• Troubleshoot failed executions and maintain overall system health.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines, Nigeria, or Colombia.
• 2+ years of experience in No-Code/Low-Code automation or Backend Development.
• Deep expertise in n8n, including nodes, expressions, and JavaScript snippets.
• Proven experience with ElevenLabs API, including Voice Cloning and Speech-to-Speech.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, JSON, and Regex.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Knowledge of LangChain concepts.
