What you will do

• Map and measure existing team workflows to identify bottlenecks and quality gaps before redesigning them.
• Build and implement tool-agnostic playbooks, agents, n8n flows, and prompt libraries.
• Lead change management by coaching teams one-on-one to ensure new AI workflows are fully adopted.
• Measure success based on tangible impacts such as time saved, cost reduction, and improved cycle times.
• Onboard newly acquired brands into the central AI toolset and establish core workflows from day zero.

Requirements

• Fluent English is a must for clear communication across a global organization.
• Hands-on AI fluency with daily professional use of Claude and/or Codex.
• Ability to build functional n8n flows, AI agents, and prompt libraries.
• 4-5 years of overall professional experience in a functional role such as Product, Operations, Support, or Consulting.
• Strong change management skills and the ability to win trust from skeptical team members.
• Basic technical resourcefulness with tools like Git and the terminal.
