TL;DR

What you will do
- Manage Windows 10/11 environments, including user profiles, permissions, and device configurations.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), covering MFA setup and Azure-joined device management.
- Diagnose and resolve OS and startup issues using PowerShell, DISM, SFC, and Event Viewer.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, VPN connectivity, and basic router/firewall hurdles.
- Perform hardware diagnostics on desktops/laptops and manage printer connectivity and driver setups.
- Maintain endpoint protection, conduct malware sweeps, and promote phishing awareness and security best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a dedicated IT Support or Help Desk role.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 administration and familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure environments.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN protocols.
- Experience using command-line tools (CHKDSK, SFC, DISM) and interpreting Event Viewer logs.
- Must be based in the Philippines or Dominican Republic.
Nice to have
- Experience with RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) tools.
- Knowledge of professional backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Hands-on experience with custom PC builds or hardware upgrades.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator certifications.
