What you will do

• Quality-check screening cases to identify successes and failures in case outcomes.
• Provide data-driven insights and root-cause analysis to compliance teams and individual analysts.
• Apply compliance department procedures and report procedural issues to management.
• Coach new team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different locations.
• Conduct ad-hoc duties to support regulatory and compliance obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (must be able to provide a certificate).
• 3+ years of FinCrime experience in a regulated environment, or 2+ years in customer name/transaction screening.
• English: C1+ level.
• French: C1+ level.
• Solid understanding of financial crime typologies and proven investigative skills.
• Proficiency in using data-driven investigative tools, dashboards, and case management systems.

Nice to have

• Degree or equivalent in law or a STEM subject.
• Industry-recognised certification, such as ICA or ACAMS.
• Fluency in other languages.
