What you will do

• Lead the delivery of metro and urban rail study/design projects from feasibility stage through tender stage.
• Provide technical direction and strategic oversight across multidisciplinary design teams (civil, structural, systems, MEP, architecture).
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and overall commercial performance.
• Coordinate design delivery across internal teams, out-of-country design centres, and specialist subconsultants.
• Oversee the preparation and review of feasibility studies, concept designs, and tender documentation.
• Act as the senior point of contact for clients, government authorities, and key project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in metro, rail, or major urban transit infrastructure.
• Mandatory experience in feasibility studies, concept design, preliminary design, and tender documentation.
• Proven expertise in multidisciplinary design management and coordinating distributed international design offices.
• This is a bid opportunity; engagement is subject to successful project award and final client approval.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
