What you will do

• Own and evolve the brand’s visual system across all marketing and external surfaces.
• Lead the design and ongoing evolution of the company website, focusing on IA, layout, and interaction design.
• Define and maintain the marketing design system in Figma, including components and tokens.
• Extend the brand into product and AI-focused experiences via illustration and motion.
• Establish and uphold high craft standards through mentorship and design reviews.
• Develop and implement AI-assisted creative workflows and scalable design pipelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand, visual, and web design, ideally at a staff/principal level in SaaS.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end brand systems, web design at scale, and motion work.
• Expertise in owning and scaling design systems within Figma for distributed teams.
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals for designing production-ready responsive web experiences.
• Fluency with generative AI tools for image, video, and creative automation.
• Must be based in the United States.
