What you will do

• Develop high-impact advertising campaigns across digital and print channels to drive engagement and conversion.
• Define and evolve the global visual identity of the brand.
• Collaborate with copywriters, video producers, and marketing managers to create locally resonant and globally consistent work.
• Design multi-channel assets including YouTube ads, Meta banners, email, and blog content.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers by providing honest feedback and raising craft standards.
• Utilize generative AI tools to explore creative possibilities and accelerate production.

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of marketing campaigns or brand projects demonstrating strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools into the design workflow.
• Experience providing constructive, growth-oriented feedback to other designers.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius, Lithuania.
