Salary: $142,100 – $203,000 (US) / CA$197,050 – $281,500 (Canada)

What you will do

• Serve as the lead voice for hirify.global's brand, ensuring visual consistency across marketing and product surfaces.
• Own the end-to-end design of hirify.global.com, including information architecture, layouts, and interaction patterns.
• Lead the marketing design system in Figma, creating components, patterns, and tokens for the team.
• Develop visual language for AI products through illustration and motion.
• Implement AI-assisted creative workflows and prompt libraries to increase team velocity.
• Design physical assets for print, trade shows, and event activations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience (Staff/Principal level) in SaaS or technical products.
• Strong portfolio featuring brand systems, illustration, large-scale web design, and motion.
• Experience leading external agencies and contractors as the primary in-house design authority.
• Fluency with generative AI integrated into professional creative workflows.
• Solid UX/UI fundamentals and experience shipping responsive web experiences at scale.
• Must be based in the US or Canada; no visa sponsorship available.
