Salary: $190,000–$220,000 base salary plus pre-IPO equity.

What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable brand systems ensuring consistency across all surfaces and touchpoints.
• Develop innovative concepts and storytelling strategies that drive brand expression.
• Partner with product, marketing, and external agencies to deliver creative solutions.
• Manage high-profile projects from concept to delivery with a hands-on approach.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to inspire design decisions.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all design and production tasks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in brand design or art direction.
• Proven expertise in scaling brand systems across digital and physical mediums.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the US or Canada (excluding Quebec).
