What you will do

• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the hirify.global learning ecosystem across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints.
• Execute visual assets for global marketing campaigns, including social media, web banners, email templates, and long-form content.
• Support large-scale events by designing attendee enablement pieces, presentation graphics, and social media kits.
• Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, and channel managers to ensure a cohesive user journey.
• Manage a high-volume ticket queue via Asana and maintain an organized library of brand assets.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic and the ability to simplify complex information.
• Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards for color contrast and digital design.
• Willingness to explore and experiment with AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing using After Effects or Premiere.
• Knowledge of prepress and print production for large-scale physical events.
• Prior experience working in an agile environment using Asana and Slack.
