What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy software components within a small delivery pod.
• Contribute production-quality code across backend, frontend, APIs, or integration layers.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirement understanding, code generation, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure engineering quality, security, and performance standards are met.
• Collaborate closely with pod members for planning, reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Continuously develop skills in AI-assisted development and modern software engineering practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bengaluru, India
• Strong experience delivering production software systems.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, or Python plus frontend/backend technologies like React, Flutter, PostgreSQL, Neptune DB.
• Experience with cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience working in small squads or pods with shared ownership.
