Fullstack Engineer (Python/TypeScript)

Fullstack Engineer (Python/TypeScript): Building and scaling a hirify.globalefits ecosystem platform with an accent on backend services, provider integrations, and smart admin tooling. Focus on designing for enterprise scale, optimizing data models, and owning features from idea to production.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — Must be based in or able to commute to the Barbican office 2 days a week

What you will do

• Develop and ship backend-leaning fullstack features including APIs, services, and React components.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to scope and shape solutions from early stages.
• Design scalable, reliable, and secure systems aligned with enterprise readiness and compliance.
• Own the entire software development lifecycle from technical discovery and implementation to production.
• Improve developer experience, internal tooling, and general engineering standards.
• Implement security best practices, including OWASP and AWS Well-Architected frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong experience building modern web applications and complex backend systems.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience designing for enterprise scale and reliability.
• Must be located in the UK and available for hybrid work in London.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial platforms, HR tech, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience building reliable workflows using Temporal.
