What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies across priority products and verticals.
• Own strategic relationships including lending and loyalty features.
• Build and present business cases to senior leadership to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
• Negotiate and structure commercial agreements that deliver measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Data teams to launch co-marketing and API integrations.
• Manage multiple work streams simultaneously with full ownership of timelines and delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or banking.
• Expertise in partnerships, business development, or relationship management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to model unit economics and size markets from scratch.
• Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills across seniority levels.
