What you will do

• Analyze, design, implement, and test software requirements and fixes across the full development lifecycle.
• Deliver high-quality, releasable product increments meeting regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align business and company goals.
• Provide effort estimates for features and improvements at sprint and long-term levels.
• Drive continuous improvement technically and in team processes through retrospectives.
• Contribute to compliance documentation and support information security related to software and IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Based in Belgium.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years software development experience.
• Experience in medical device industry and software as a medical device (SaMD) development is a must.
• Strong proficiency in Python; willingness to work with JavaScript/TypeScript and Vue is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, asynchronous programming, and large-scale distributed systems.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with QMS systems and regulatory frameworks such as 21 CFR Part 820, EN ISO 13485, EN 62304, and EN 82304.
