Location: Must be based in the Central United States (e.g., Illinois, Texas, Missouri).

Salary: $172,500 – $237,150 USD

What you will do

• Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Solutions Architects.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve consumption targets and ensure customer success.
• Maintain a robust hiring pipeline and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Guide the team through technical qualifications, proof of concepts, and architecture reviews.
• Ensure the team stays ahead of the technical curve in the data and AI technology stack.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive product value.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Central United States.
• 3+ years of experience building and leading technical pre-sales teams.
• 7+ years of experience in the Data + AI space with technical products.
• Deep technical understanding of data warehousing, big data, and machine learning.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to technical executives.
• Demonstrated architectural influence and ability to guide complex solutions.
