What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end capital markets strategies for Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S.
• Structure, negotiate, and close debt facilities, including FIDCs, warehouse lines, and forward flow agreements.
• Manage and grow institutional relationships with banks and credit funds across the Americas.
• Lead treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity buffers, and FX exposure management (BRL, MXN, USD).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit, Data Science, and Legal teams to align facilities with risk appetite.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or investment banking within fintech or consumer lending.
• Deep expertise in Brazilian capital markets and hands-on experience with FIDC transactions.
• Proven track record of managing institutional investor relationships and executing debt facilities.
• Hands-on treasury experience, including funding operations and multi-currency FX management.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
