• Write production code across the full stack using Ruby on Rails, PHP (Symfony), Vue.js, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Lead a product triad alongside a Product Owner and Designer, owning technical delivery and architectural decisions.
• Mentor three direct reports through regular pair-programming, code reviews, and career growth planning.
• Architect scalable systems used by over 425,000 carers to deliver person-centred care.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in object-oriented development, particularly in Ruby, Java, or C#.
• Proven track record of leading technical delivery and managing risks for scalable SaaS systems.
• Strong product engineering mindset with a focus on observability and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
