Fullstack Developer (Laravel/Vue): Building and modernizing core product systems for a global competitive darts platform with an accent on high-traffic API design, database performance, and real-time scoring workflows. What you will do
- Build and improve full-stack features from MySQL schemas and Laravel APIs to Vue/Inertia frontends.
- Own product areas end-to-end including tournament operations, payments, and rankings.
- Optimize performance and reliability for backend APIs, queues, and database queries during live events.
- Modernize legacy platform components toward a simpler, long-term architecture.
- Contribute to real-time scoring and broadcast-related systems with a focus on operational reliability.
- Strengthen monitoring and alerting to ensure faster issue detection and resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong experience with modern PHP and Laravel.
- Strong frontend experience with Vue or another modern JavaScript framework.
- Solid backend experience with relational databases, APIs, and performance troubleshooting.
- Must be based in North America or Europe.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, async-first environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with real-time systems and legacy modernization.
- Experience with payment integrations (Stripe/PayPal).
- Interest in competitive sports.
