TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Developer (Fintech): Building and scaling data infrastructure for financial advice platforms with an accent on ETL pipelines, API design, and microservices architecture. Woven is a seed-stage fintech startup building data infrastructure to help financial advisers uncover savings for UK investors.
What you will do
- Build and scale the full stack, from the Vue front end to backend microservices and APIs.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, data transformations, and complex calculations.
- Design and build robust APIs and platform integrations.
- Help shape the microservices ecosystem from the ground up.
- Work cross-functionally to test, learn, and iterate on product features quickly.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Minimum 5 years of PHP experience, including 3+ years with Laravel.
- Strong proficiency in Vue.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
- Solid experience with MySQL, data optimization, and ETL development.
- Expertise in TDD with PHPUnit/Pest and SOLID design principles.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
Nice to have
- Experience in startups or fast-paced tech environments.
- Prior fintech or wealth management industry experience.
- Familiarity with Snowflake.
