What you will do

• Design and optimize enterprise-grade Generative AI applications and multi-agent frameworks.
• Architect scalable RAG pipelines using advanced vector databases and semantic search.
• Develop and evaluate advanced prompting techniques and model guardrails.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy deep learning models for NLP and Computer Vision.
• Optimize models for production deployment using formats like ONNX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into production-ready AI agents.

Requirements

• Proven track record of operating AI/ML models in high-availability enterprise environments.
• Professional experience in both NLP and Computer Vision.
• Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud AI infrastructures like Azure AI Studio or AWS Bedrock.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, and vector database architectures.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical decisions to high-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience engineering AI solutions within banking or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
