Senior EIR (AI): Rebuilding the customer support function from the ground up with an accent on AI-first automation and operational efficiency. Focus on diagnosing root causes, deploying LLM-based tooling, and scaling support systems to improve resolution speed and reduce contact rates.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end support operations, including team health, quality, and speed.
• Diagnose root causes of support tickets to eliminate issues at the source.
• Design and ship support-improvement projects such as automation, self-serve portals, and AI agents.
• Deploy LLM tooling across the support stack, including agent copilots and auto-QA.
• Partner with Product, Ops, and Tech teams to fix upstream problems and close feedback loops.
• Lead and grow the support team by building playbooks and raising talent density.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dubai, UAE for on-site work.
• Strong first-principles problem-solving skills with a track record of building better systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM tools and shipping automation that delivers measurable results.
• Data-fluent with an outcome-obsessed mindset.
• Proven experience as a people leader capable of managing and developing teams.
• Ability to work 5 days a week with coverage during peak demand, including weekends.

Nice to have

• Customer support experience in high-volume marketplaces, on-demand, or e-commerce.
• Consulting background (MBB/Kearney).
• Startup experience.
