What you will do

• Build AI-driven features from scratch, including personal assistants, chatbots, and copilots.
• Develop user-focused and backend features using deep learning techniques.
• Deliver impactful, scalable, and data-driven AI solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to solve complex deep learning challenges.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation across the platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UAE.
• Experience in deep learning within the natural language processing area and large language models.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM major (mathematics, computer science, engineering).
• Excellent knowledge of data science (Python, SQL) and production tools.
• Deep understanding of probability and statistics fundamentals.
• Ability to diagnose problems and productionise research effectively.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience with additional programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++.
• Experience at a large tech company worth over $15B.
• Olympic medal competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programming.
