What you will do

• Build and lead a local team to define and implement the lending strategy in Peru.
• Oversee branch activities and manage the overall risk of the local loan portfolio.
• Establish and execute underwriting, portfolio management, and collections policies.
• Manage regulatory relationships and interact with local authorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a bank executive.
• Deep knowledge of retail lending products in the Peruvian market.
• Expertise in building risk models and managing credit decisioning.
• Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of credit portfolio performance and regulatory engagement.
