What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for internal marketing clients and creative teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic account leadership.
• Develop creative briefs aligned with business goals and marketing strategies.
• Lead projects from intake through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative Directors, Producers, and Designers to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Present creative work, facilitate feedback, and balance client objectives with creative excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
• Proven experience in account management, client services, or creative project management.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing and creative development processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, or PlayStation Plus initiatives.
• Background in agency or in-house creative services.
• Knowledge of CRM, digital marketing, video, social media, and omnichannel campaign execution.
• Experience working within global cross-functional organizations.
