What you will do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for internal marketing clients and creative teams.
- Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic account leadership.
- Develop creative briefs aligned with business goals and marketing strategies.
- Lead projects from intake through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative Directors, Producers, and Designers to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Present creative work, facilitate feedback, and balance client objectives with creative excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or creative project management.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and creative development processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, or PlayStation Plus initiatives.
- Background in agency or in-house creative services.
- Knowledge of CRM, digital marketing, video, social media, and omnichannel campaign execution.
- Experience working within global cross-functional organizations.
