What you will do

• Manage and maintain purchase orders within the ERP system for all collections.
• Coordinate production timelines and delivery schedules with factory partners.
• Maintain the master Collection Bible including pricing, fabric compositions, and HS codes.
• Negotiate pricing and review upcharges with suppliers.
• Generate barcodes and ensure product compliance with international trade standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate order tracking and invoicing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production, buying, or supply chain coordination, preferably in fashion.
• Strong understanding of garment production processes and factory management.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience with B2B order management platforms like JOOR.
• Knowledge of multi-currency pricing and international trade compliance (HS/MID codes).
• Must be based in New South Wales, Australia and available for flexible part-time hours.
