What you will do

• Process and issue invoices while managing accounts receivable and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor cash flow activity, payment schedules, and outstanding balances.
• Maintain organized financial tracking systems and prepare operational reports.
• Support the migration from QuickBooks to modern accounting platforms.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement automation and AI tools to streamline financial workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure financial records are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting or financial operations experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with digital banking platforms and payment processing systems.

• Experience with accounting system migrations and automation tools.
