What you will do

• Build the company's financial function from the ground up.
• Take full ownership of accounting, reporting, treasury, and financial planning.
• Establish financial policies, controls, and pricing strategies to support business growth.
• Manage payroll for employees and contractors.
• Prepare revenue/profit forecasts and management reporting packages.
• Oversee compliance for UK/US entities and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Audit, Transaction Support, or the Tech industry.
• Experience working with a Seed/Series-A/B startup in the US market.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Proven track record of delivering results under pressure and within tight timelines.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Previous experience at a Big 4 or Big 10 firm.
