What you will do

• Build and lead the local lending team to define and implement business lending strategy in France.
• Manage the overall risk of the loan portfolio and ensure commercial success.
• Establish and execute underwriting, portfolio management, and collections policies.
• Manage regulatory relationships and ensure compliance with local standards.
• Analyze market and customer needs to drive product competitiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business lending and as a bank executive.
• Expertise in building and managing credit decisioning/risk models.
• Proven experience in regulatory engagement and credit portfolio performance analysis.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and personal resilience.
• Ability to recruit and lead high-performing teams.
• Must be based in France.
