What you will do

• Coordinate go-to-market activities and track feature adoption for product launches.
• Lead discussions between integration partners and engineering teams.
• Synthesize qualitative user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Maintain product requirement documents, user stories, and internal process guides.
• Monitor product performance dashboards and report on key metrics.
• Assist with QA testing and define acceptance criteria for new features.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in working with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
