What you will do

• Develop and integrate digital design tools and flows into advanced foundry process technologies to meet high-performance chip design criteria.
• Collaborate with R&D and Foundries to deliver high-quality hirify.global Genus synthesis Platform solutions.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues for customers and team members.
• Manage onsite technical consulting for hirify.global synthesis flows.
• Align with R&D to establish goals, strategies, plans, and priorities.
• Establish reliable time estimations and identify resources required for project completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of expertise in front-end synthesis.
• Experience in ASIC design flow customization and development.
• Proficiency with UPF (or CPF), LEC, and static timing analysis (STA).
• Good command of oral and written English.
• Analytical skills and effective inter-personal communication.
