What you will do

• Perform back-office check-in and check-out procedures for patients.
• Measure and record vital signs and update patient charts.
• Draw blood and prepare patients for medical procedures.
• Notify physicians of changes in patient clinical status and abnormal test results.
• Manage prescription refills and provide patient education.
• Handle clerical tasks including scheduling and general office support.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Medical Assistant or completion of an accredited course of study.
• At least 2 years of front and back-office experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interface effectively with patients, staff, and vendors.

Nice to have

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in Internal Medicine.
