What you will do

• Commute to patient homes to provide diagnostic and preventative care services.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, ECGs, and other clinical tasks.
• Ensure proper labeling and coordination of specimen drop-offs to labs.
• Use mobile technology for daily scheduling, charting, and HIPAA-secure communication.
• Maintain high standards of patient experience, professionalism, and clinical quality.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure or national certification for nursing, phlebotomy, or medical assisting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle for travel to patient homes.
• Proof of required vaccinations/immunity (COVID, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB, Flu, TDaP).
• Ability to physically navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 lbs.
• Must pass national background and DMV checks.
