Salary: $121,643 - $157,490 per year

What you will do

• Lead agile teams and manage project milestones and task assignments.
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end software components for customer-facing products.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement effective designs within technical constraints.
• Review peer code and uphold coding standards.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and unit/system tests.
• Generate progress reports and technical documentation for customers.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–12 years of front-end software engineering experience with strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills.
• Experience with Vue.js, React, Solid, or Angular frameworks.
• Experience with server-side technologies such as Rust, Go, Node.js, or Python.
• Current or ability to obtain U.S. Government Security clearance (Secret level or higher).

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Full-stack software engineering experience.
• Understanding of software architecture best practices.
• Ability to analyze high-level customer requirements into functional specifications.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in web, desktop, and mobile app development.
