Salary: $152,776 – $229,174 per year

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Intelligence Analysts and Engineers.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of enterprise analytical platforms and data products.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable data insights and analytic reports.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, standards, and change control processes.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
• Drive the deployment of new data products and visualization tools to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, database architecture, and BI tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be able to work onsite in Sacramento, CA, 2 days per week.
