What you will do
- Own the full outbound marketing strategy for the Optical & Data Center Systems portfolio.
- Define differentiated value propositions and messaging hierarchies for photonic fabric, CPO, and switching solutions.
- Lead cross-functional product launch planning and execution across sales, PR, and digital channels.
- Develop high-impact sales enablement content including pitch decks, battle cards, and solution briefs.
- Partner with executive leadership to sharpen technology narratives for industry forums and investor communications.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to translate technical roadmaps into external marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in outbound product or technology marketing within the semiconductor or AI infrastructure industry.
- Deep expertise in AI/data center optical infrastructure, including CPO, silicon photonics, and coherent DCI.
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline required.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-product outbound marketing programs with measurable results.
- Strong executive presence and experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
