What you will do

• Identify, assess, and document risks across trading and treasury functions.
• Develop and implement operational risk policies, KRIs, and risk appetite statements.
• Quantify operational risk through stress testing and impact tolerance analysis.
• Manage the risk incident process, including reporting and resolution of KRI breaches.
• Maintain risk tools and systems to ensure safe business operations.
• Conduct workshops and presentations on risk mitigation for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operational risk management within trade products and treasury operations.
• Must be based in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, or Spain.
• Experience in trade support or second-line-of-defense roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on understanding complex systems.
